How do I Book an Appointment?

At Fox & Hare, we’re all about keeping things modern and smooth. While we accept cash, we don’t keep change on-site. Our preferred payment methods include Debit, Visa, and Mastercard, making us a predominantly cashless salon.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Got curls? Here’s how to prep for your appointment: Arrive with your hair detangled, dry, and in its natural curly state. Please avoid pulling it back so our stylists can give you the best service within your scheduled time.

HOW SHOULD I Prep for MY Curly Hair Service?

We understand that life happens, but for cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice, there’s a charge of 50% of your service total. This fee compensates our stylists for their time. If you’re sick, please let us know ASAP – we waive the fee for health-related cancellations, but your rescheduled appointment should be at least 3 weeks from the original date.

What’s Your Cancellation Policy?

Time is precious, especially in a salon! If you’re late, the stylist’s rate applies to your scheduled appointment time, not when you arrive. If your stylist can extend the session, the extra time will be charged. If not, they’ll do their best in the remaining time, but the full scheduled time will be charged.

What Happens If I’m Late? 

For the most accurate service quote, fill out our stylist request form with as much detail as possible. Our stylist will get back to you during work hours with the required time and an exact price quote. This ensures you book just the right amount of time for your needs.
